Can I return the tickets?

Returning tickets at the customers’ initiative leads to the commission charged by the payment system. The commission rate depends on the time left before the departure:

To make a refund, you need to send a request to our e-mail order@prahatrip.cz (you can simply reply to the letter with the ticket you’ve received after paying for the order).

Can I reschedule the trip to another day?

The date shift is possible at least 6 hours before the departure, if there are vacant seats for the new date. You need to send a request to our e-mail order@prahatrip.cz (you can simply reply to the letter with the ticket you’ve received after paying for the order and write what date you want to make a shift to).

When I should show up for the boarding?

Be in place 15-20 minutes before the departure.

If I didn’t manage to print out the ticket, can I show it in electronic form?

Our cruises have electronic ticket control. You can just show your e-ticket.

What should I do if I didn’t receive a ticket after the payment?

  1. Check the «spam» folder in the email, the ticket could get there;
  2. You might have made a typo in the email address when booking. You can send your request to order@prahatrip.cz and we will send a ticket to your correct email.
